We regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control, United Farm Supply has failed beyond any capabilities of reconstruction to repair itself.

The sole purpose of UFS was to make significant savings available to farmers nationwide. This obligation is no longer a possibility, and therefore the company has no other choice than to close its doors. We apologize for any hardships this may cause to the valued clients of UFS. For over thirteen years the company has taken the business it has conducted very seriously, has taken strong pride in customer satisfaction, and wants nothing more than the best for their clients. Again, we extend a very heartfelt apology for any complications this may send your way. Below is a more detailed explanation of the exact course of action United Farm Supply is taking and answers to many common questions for the UFS clients.

The company has recently been ordered into receivership by The Honorable Bryan C. Dixon, Judge of the District Court in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. C. David Rhoades was appointed as Receiver by the Court and is in the process of the orderly cessation of the normal business operations. 

As of May 30, 2007, United Farm Supply will no longer be able to release price quotes, allow current clients to place orders, or extend contracts to new clientele. As for those clients who have recently placed orders and/or are waiting to receive their products, these prior commitments will continue to be honored and all clients will be responsible for the payment for these orders.

Each customer with an outstanding balance will receive a final statement with the amount owed and a due date when this balance must be paid.
